Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your items securely every time.

If your order does arrive damaged, please:

  2. Contact us as soon as possible
  3. Please include your order number and photos when reaching out

Returns and Exchanges

Standard Pieces

Returns and exchanges may be accepted on select standard products, provided the item is returned in its original condition.

Custom Orders

Because custom pieces are designed and built specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

Any concerns regarding a custom project should be communicated as early as possible so we can work together toward a solution.
